About the Role:

As a Program Committee Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our mission, helping to coordinate and execute our impactful initiatives. Our flagship program, the Global Leadership Youth Program, is designed to nurture 5th to 8th-grade students from underserved communities, guiding them to become global citizens and visionary leaders.

Additionally, you'll support our Global Leadership in Action Programs, which include activities like school supply giveaways, park clean-ups, and more, all aimed at fostering global citizenship and uplifting our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Execution: Collaborate in designing and implementing Season to Soar programs that drive positive change in underserved areas.
• Program Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of the Global Leadership Youth Program, ensuring it meets the needs of school partners, parents, and participants.
• Strategic Engagement: Actively participate in weekly Committee Meetings to discuss progress, develop strategies, and address challenges.

Time Commitment:

• Weekly Meetings: 30 minutes for committee meetings.
• Project Work: Approximately 2 hours per week for executing projects independently.
• Term Length: 1 year.
