This role is crucial in helping us select passionate and committed volunteers to support our mission of providing assistance and mentorship to those in need. As a Volunteer Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential volunteers, assessing their suitability for various roles, and ensuring that they align with the organization’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct remote interviews with prospective volunteers via phone or video conferencing.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and enthusiasm for volunteering with Precious Pairs.
  • Provide a welcoming and engaging interview experience.
  • Record and report interview outcomes to the Volunteer Coordination Team.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline the volunteer recruitment process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the interview process.
