We are a volunteer-run creative community building organization in search of those interested in dedicating some time serving on a board or commitee as we scale up our organization. We're looking for folks who may have experience in the following areas:

Description
The New Cumberland Collective was started in 2022 with a mission to make New Cumberland stronger and more vibrant through action, creativity, and inclusion. We strive to find ways to build community through collaboration and creative opportunity, and welcome folks to get involved and find a sense of belonging. Whether you call New Cumberland home or you're simply looking for a community of like-minded folks, you're welcome here! Here are a few of the things we've organized and collaborated on in our first two years:
- New Cumberland Earth & Arts Festival
- New Cumberland Pride
- New Cumberland Music + Film Festival
- Merry Merchants Outdoor Holiday Market
- The Wind Down, a local music concert series
- Art In The Stacks, a local art gallery series at the New Cumberland Library
- Field & Folk Dinner with Susquehanna Folk
- College of Knowledge, a community learning series
- Community clean-ups
- Community bike rides
