About the event Join The Bike Park Team!
Are you someone who loves the outdoors, being physically active, taking care of guests, petting dogs, handing out stickers to kiddos, and enjoying live music? If so, volunteering with The Bike Park is the perfect opportunity for you!
Come be a part of something special - encouraging biking, skating, and scooting over driving to events not only enhances the well-being of individuals but also contributes to healthier, more vibrant, and more connected communities.
You'll also get to see a bunch of the cool, personalized bikes people drop off for us to carefully watch over, all while being part of a fun, community-driven environment.
What will volunteers do?Volunteers create a welcoming and friendly environment, making guests feel appreciated.
You'll also tag and check in their bikes, carefully park and watch over them, and help with set-up and tear-down.
The best part is the fun we have engaging the community! You'll be answering questions, listening to ideas, and promoting upcoming biking events, advocacy efforts, and local biking resources.
What will volunteers need to bring or wear?Please bring water and snacks.

The San Diego County Bicycle Coalition advocates for and protects the rights of all people who ride bicycles. We promote bicycling as a mainstream, safe and enjoyable form of transportation and recreation.
We work for better bicycling access and infrastructure, provide education programs fro youth and adults who want to ride and encourage public officials, regional partners and advocates in joining us in making San Diego County THE most bike-friendly region in the nation.
