The board of Mending Strides is seeking someone with strategic planning experience to guide us in preparing background documentation for a strategic planning session and then leading a half to full day planning session. We are a financially stable np that has struggled with working from behind but is ready to make the changes. Help needed to set realistic, achievable goals. Much of the work could be done virtually.

The mission of Mending Strides Ranch is to empower those suffering the effects of trauma, neglect and hardships through the use of rescued horses in equine assisted therapy.
Our goal is to relieve the suffering of trauma survivors in our community through equine assisted psychotherapy and to help individuals develop life skills that will improve day to day life. We use rescued mustangs, minis and donkeys to partner with clients to bring about change.
