A day-long celebration of Hispanic culture at RiverScape MetroPark in the heart of Downtown Dayton! This event kicks off Hispanic Heritage Month! There will be a parade, live music, dancing, entertainment, and authentic Latin food all day (11am-11pm), and much, much more!
This Festival is PACO's largest fundraiser of the year and it enables PACO to fulfill its mission through scholarships to local Hispanic students, events to support the local Hispanic community and promote Hispanic culture, and other charitable initiatives. PACO is entirely run by volunteers. If you'd like to volunteer at this Festival, follow the link below to sign up for your preferred spot!

Mission Statement
The Puerto Rican, American and Caribbean Organization is organized exclusively to provide charitable services, promote awareness and educate the Dayton community and surrounding areas about the Hispanic culture.
Description
PACO is dedicated to the success of the Hispanic Community. We are a non-profit organization established in January 1991. A staff of volunteers, seventy-five percent of which are Hispanic, operates PACO. Our goals are to promote awareness and educate the Dayton community about the rich Hispanic culture. PACO promotes Hispanic arts and offers cultural events. Each year our charitable giving includes awarding scholarships to college students, assisting families with Thanksgiving meals and providing toys to children for 3 Kings Day.
Our vision is to be recognized throughout the Dayton and Miami Valley region as the Hispanic organization committed to the well-being of our community.
