About NETWORK THEORY APPLIED RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Location:

1 Dupont Way, Apt 4, Louisville, KY 40207, US

Mission Statement

The Network Theory Applied Research Institute uses internet-based communications to strengthen the collective action of the Church. We see the Church as the Character of the global human network, cultivating life in nature and one another. Our mission is to apply technology and scientific innovation toward improving community engagement, and addressing social issues with the perspective of Jesus

Description

NTARI was founded to develop the Fruitful App, aimed at connecting small urban farms. Though the project didn’t succeed, NTARI continued research, inspired by Christian theologians like Dr. Tim Mackie and advocates of decentralized communities. The Church, viewed as the original network state, used early communication methods to spread the Gospel and foster collective action. In 2024, NTARI shifted its focus back to these roots, recognizing the Church's global influence.

Vision
NTARI envisions a global culture centered on Christ, achieved through communication, support, and digital resources rather than traditional missionary work. Guided by Isaiah 2:3-4, we believe transformation comes from God’s love. We will launch open-source digital systems, train in the scientific method, and promote interfaith dialogue to reveal Jesus as a unifying figure.

Mission
Our mission is to use technology and innovation to enhance community engagement and address social issues through a Christ-centered lens, inspired by Revelation 3:14-22.

Goals

  • Strengthen the Church's collective action through internet-based communication.
  • Apply communications theory to enhance the Church's reach.
  • Build strong, supportive communities.
  • Promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • Tackle global issues like human trafficking, media literacy, and community-owned internet services.
