Are you and your Pet Therapy-certified dog interested in expanding into hospice volunteering? If so, Heartland Hospice's Volunteer Program is the place to be! Our Volunteer Coordinator will pair you with a patient to have a pet therapy visit!
Our volunteers are onboarded as if they were staff due to the sensitive nature that we do business in. Training and education necessary to be successful will be provided!

Heartland Hospice has been a long-standing healthcare organization in the community who is looking for your involvement. These individuals have a desire and passion to spend time with patients. Our clinical team provides patient care while the administrative team operates from the office. Heartland volunteers help both teams to meet our expectation to provide exceptional care! The Midland & Bay City office is located in Midland however, our patients live between Sanford to Bad Axe.
