Are you looking to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life? Heritage House Pike Place is seeking compassionate volunteers to brighten the days of our residents through companionship.
Position: Accompaniment Volunteer
About the Role: Our resident, a delightful elderly individual, is currently experiencing decreased mobility which has led to increased isolation. This resident has a warm personality and enjoys engaging conversations. By volunteering, you will provide valuable social interaction, helping to lift their spirits and improve their quality of life.
Key Details:
- Flexible Scheduling: Visit at a time that works best for both you and the resident.
- Age Requirement: 18 and older.
- No Experience Needed: We simply ask for a friendly attitude and a willingness to engage in conversation.

Description
Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. Our model of care is known as PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly).Participants attend the Providence ElderPlace Center on a regular basis, and transportation is provided. The ElderPlace team of health care and social service professionals and our affiliates provide comprehensive integrated care to our participants.
