Position Overview:

The Men’s Health Summit is an event focused on promoting health and wellness among men through interactive activities and educational sessions. As a Volunteer, you will assist in operating our smoothie bike and serving the cooking demonstration samples to attendees. Your role is crucial in engaging participants and ensuring they have a positive and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the smoothie bike, assisting participants as they pedal to blend their own smoothies.
- Prepare and serve samples from the cooking demonstration to attendees.
- Maintain a clean and organized serving area.
- Interact with attendees, answering questions and encouraging participation in the summit’s activities.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the smoothie bike station and cooking demonstration area.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met during food preparation and serving.
- Work collaboratively with other volunteers and event staff to ensure smooth operation of the event.

Qualifications:

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with event attendees.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the event schedule.
- Prior experience in food service or event volunteering is helpful but not required.
