Experienced UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating user-centered designs, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user interface and experience of our digital products, ensuring that they are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Key Responsibilities:
· User Research: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
· Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
· UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user engagement.
· UX Design: Develop and iterate on user experience strategies that improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.
· Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are feasible and aligned with project goals.
· Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
· User Testing: Plan and conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and make informed design decisions to improve product quality.
· Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
· Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Experienced in designing user-centred and intuitive products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and design process.
· Experience in Designing products for various Industries ranging from e-commerce, Fintech, and etc.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
· Skills:
o Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
o Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
o Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
o Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
