Mission Statement

Animal Aid of Tulsa, Inc.

Caring for homeless, injured and abused dogs and cats through medical services, adoption programs and communtity education since 1961.

Description

Animal Aid of Tulsa, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) and has been rescuing and providing emergency medical care, and adoption services for homeless dogs and cats in the Tulsa area since 1961. We partner with area vet hospitals to provide the medical care and our staff and volunteers work tirelessly to reestablish the bond between human and animal. We also have educational programs we extend to the community on the humane and responsible treatment of animals.

Animal Aid operates a 'Thrift Store' that helps fund the vital community service that we provide. Our store accepts donations of household items, antiques, clothing, books, jewelry etc. that we then sell in our store at a very resonable price. 100% of sales goes to the care and treatment of our animals.

Our adoption events are held at local participating veterinarians offices or local pet stores.
