Volunteers needed to work, play, and show lots of love to our adoptable dogs and cats and help with adoption events in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Previous experience with dogs and cats is needed. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by and adult. Lots of fun!

Mission Statement

Animal Aid of Tulsa, Inc. rescues sick, injured, and abused stray dogs and cats in the Tulsa area. We provide medical services, adoption programs, and community education.

Description

Animal Aid of Tulsa, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) and has been rescuing and providing emergency medical care, and adoption services for homeless dogs and cats in the Tulsa area since 1961. We partner with area vet hospitals to provide medical care and our staff and volunteers work tirelessly to reestablish the bond between human and animal. We also provide educational programs to the community on the humane and responsible treatment of animals.

Animal Aid operates a 'Thrift Store' that helps fund the vital community service that we provide. Our store accepts donations of household items, antiques, clothing, books, jewelry etc. that we then sell in our store at a very reasonable price. 100% of proceeds go to the care and treatment of our animals.
