Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with partners and sponsors, particularly within the fields of education, literacy, and early childhood development. You will identify potential partnerships that align with Book Bytes’ mission, reach out to organizations and sponsors, and foster long-term relationships to support the initiative’s goals. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about collaboration and eager to enhance the reach and impact of our mission-driven initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential partnerships with organizations, educational institutions, literacy advocates, and early childhood development organizations that align with Book Bytes’ mission.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage and secure new partners and sponsors that can support Book Bytes’ goals.
• Work closely with partners to develop collaborative programs, initiatives, and campaigns that enhance literacy and early childhood development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall organizational goals and strategies.
• Manage partnership agreements, ensuring all parties meet their commitments and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, providing regular reports to leadership on outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on trends and opportunities in education, literacy, and early childhood development, identifying new potential partners.
• Represent Book Bytes at relevant events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote our mission.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, ideally within education, literacy, or early childhood development sectors.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful partnership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with organizational goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing partnership agreements and deliverables.
• Passion for children’s literacy, education, and making a positive impact.
