As part of our Team Well-Being program implementation, we are looking for certified psychologists/psychotherapists who can provide remote weekly group sessions with the volunteers and individual sessions in case there is a need. Working in the humanitarian aid field is emotionally challenging, that's why we are asking for the support of a professional who can help our team with the struggles that come with our job. Ideally, the volunteer has experience in working with displaced people.

Requirements:

• English
• - To be at least 23 y.o.
• Commit for a minimum 3 months
• Relevant study field
• Provide individual and group sessions to address the struggles that come with volunteering in the humanitarian field
• Experience volunteering with displaced people, including individuals from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Cultural sensitivity and open-minded
• Respect the deontology of the profession (ensure anonymity, confidentiality, no discrimination, no judgments, etc.)
