Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting individuals who are passionate about our mission. This position is ideal for someone with a background in HR or recruitment and a strong understanding of how to find the right talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit talent for various roles within the organization.
• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Conduct interviews and vet potential candidates to ensure they align with our mission and values.
• Work closely with team leaders to understand staffing needs and match candidates with appropriate roles.
• Maintain a database of candidates and manage communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members.
• Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for children’s literacy, education, and making a positive impact.
