1. Administrative Support:

   • Correspondence: Assist in communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
   • Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenses and assist in financial record-keeping.

2. Logistics and Coordination:

   • Scheduling: Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and events.
   • Resource Management: Help manage project resources (materials, equipment, venues).
   • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for project team members as needed.

3. Data Collection and Reporting:

   • Progress Tracking: Collect data on project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
   • Status Reports: Assist in preparing regular project status reports.
   • Lessons Learned: Document insights and lessons from project implementation.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Team Meetings: Attend project team meetings and actively participate.
   • Task Allocation: Assist in distributing tasks among team members.
