**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic **Partnerships and Outreach Manager** to join our team. This volunteer position will be pivotal in developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and technology organizations. The role will also involve designing outreach strategies to promote our programs and engage diverse audiences. If you have strong networking skills and a passion for community engagement, we would love to have you on our team!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to build partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, technology companies, and other stakeholders.

- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators.

- Represent Futuretech Foundation at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and programs.

- Collaborate with the Director of Programs and Community Outreach to align outreach activities with organizational goals.

- Design and execute outreach initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and community engagement events.

- Create and distribute outreach materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.

- Track and analyze outreach efforts, providing regular reports on partnership development and engagement metrics.

- Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all outreach activities.

- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and other materials for potential partners and sponsors.

- Support the recruitment and engagement of volunteers to support outreach and partnership activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in community outreach, partnership development, or a related field, preferably within a nonprofit or educational setting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.

- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

- Passion for technology, education, and community impact.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
