Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Allies Way is seeking a dedicated Development Coordinator to join our team in driving our mission forward. As a key player in our fundraising and outreach efforts, you will be responsible for soliciting donations, securing sponsorships, and building strategic partnerships to support our critical programs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective supporters.
• Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations to engage potential funders.
• Track and report on fundraising activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for supporting community-based programs and making a positive impact.
