Seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join the team as a Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of various
projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating schedules, resources, and
communications among the team, stakeholders, and external vendors, where applicable.
Key responsibilities include:
● Develop and implement growth and operational strategies that enable the company to
scale, optimize operations, mitigate potential risk, and gain opportunities for business.
● Guide the implementation of best practices as well as lessons learned, and total quality
management initiatives.
● Oversee and administer initiatives and programs, as assigned.
● Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
● Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
● Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
● Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact a project’s success.
● Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in the human services or social services field
● Prior experience as a project coordinator or similar role
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Desire to want to learn.

*P roficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI) a plus.
