Summary:

Precious Pairs Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Coordinator to oversee and manage our children’s programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs designed to support the educational, emotional, and physical well-being of children. This role requires a strong commitment to helping children thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of children’s programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of activities, workshops, and events for each program.
    • Ensure all programs meet the needs of the children and align with the mission of Precious Pairs Inc.
  • Staff and Volunteer Coordination:

    • Recruit, train, and manage program staff and volunteers.
    • Provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure high-quality program delivery.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive environment among staff and volunteers.
  • Participant Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for children and their families participating in the programs.
    • Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all participants.
    • Address any concerns or issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Program Development and Evaluation:

    • Work with the Program Director to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs based on participant feedback and community needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance to the Program Director.
  • Community Outreach:

    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to promote and expand the programs.
    • Represent Precious Pairs Inc. at community events, meetings, and other relevant activities.
  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant information, and other relevant data.
    • Assist with budget planning and resource allocation for programs.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
