TMT Trail Days are a call for volunteers to assist Washoe County Parks and Biggest Little Trail Stewardship to improve trail conditions on select trail sites throughout the Truckee Meadows. Get involved with your trails and their general upkeep and improvements through the use of hand tools to do a variety of things from simple trail tread shaping for erosion control, to the removal of vegetation!
Meeting Location: Galena Creek Regional Park entrance next to the NDOT maintenance station, follow road up through the park, past the restrooms, and to the fish hatchery parking lot.
Work: Finishing of recently started new trail and construction of new trail to extend the trail to a connection point. Wear long sleeves, long pants, sturdy shoes, and prepare to get dirty!
