At Heartland Hospice, e offer support to terminally ill people, caregivers and bereaved along their journey. Volunteers can work on these items at home and at your own pace, delivering finished projects to our business office at your convenience. We provide education about hospice and an idea booklet. Memory Bears, Pillows, , Fidget Blankets and Shawls
