The World Roma Federation (WRF) is dedicated to advocating for the rights and welfare of the Roma community and other marginalized groups across the globe. Through our various initiatives, we aim to promote social justice, cultural preservation, and community development for these communities. We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team on a voluntary basis.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator to develop engaging and impactful content for our social media channels, blog, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills, and a passion for social justice and advocacy. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and gain valuable experience in content creation for a nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content: Create compelling posts, stories, and graphics for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage our audience and promote WRF’s mission and activities.
• Blog Posts: Write informative and inspiring blog posts on topics related to Roma issues, WRF initiatives, and broader social justice themes impacting other marginalized groups.
• Campaign Support: Assist in developing content for specific campaigns, including awareness drives, fundraising efforts, and event promotions.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting across all platforms.
• Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas to the table for content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with WRF’s goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and a good understanding of social media trends.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate original content ideas.
• Interest in or knowledge of social justice, human rights, and advocacy, particularly relating to the Roma community and other marginalized groups.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
