Our annual fundraiser needs volunteer support!

Sept. 26: 9 am - 3 pm (please choose 9 -11 am, 11 am - 1 pm, 1 pm - 3 pm):

  • decorating and set-up: help setup the event and decorate (need 4 volunteers for each 2-hour block)

Sept. 26: 5 pm - 7:30 pm:

  • Greeting guests (4 volunteers needed)
  • Helping with app for silent auction (4 volunteers needed)
  • Offering raffle tickets to guests (2 volunteers needed)
  • Providing direction for seating (2 volunteers needed)

7 pm - 9:30 pm:

  • Wine Pull support (2 volunteers needed)
  • Live Auction support (2 volunteers needed)
  • Checking out guests (4 volunteers needed)
  • Giving guests silent auction items (4 volunteers needed)
  • Taking pictures (cellphone images are fine) (2 volunteers needed)

This volunteer opportunity is for guests aged 17+ in blocks of time. We will provide letters for volunteer hours, if needed. Dress is dressy casual. Volunteers will not have event food; a separate menu for volunteers will be available.

To help Cabarrus County adults move toward wellness by providing comprehensive healthcare and pharmacy services.

Description

Our goals are: 1. To remove the barriers of limited financial resources and lack of health insurance by increasing access to healthcare and pharmacy services; 2. To increase health stabilization for patients by providing primary care and pharmacy services. The Community Free Clinic is the only healthcare organization in Cabarrus County providing free medical care and prescription medication to low-income, uninsured adults.
