The Traditions Health hospice team walks with the patient and their loved ones throughout their end of life journey, providing the education and care they need for the best quality of life possible. A volunteer is a very important member of our hospice team whether they visit the patient, help the caregiver with errands or provide administrative support at the hospice office.
