**Volunteer Opportunity: Board Member - Anthony’s Villa**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young adults? Anthony’s Villa, a nonprofit group home and mental health services agency based in Sandusky, OH, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and help us achieve our mission: "To create a brighter future, for everyone."

**About Anthony’s Villa:**
Founded in May 2022, Anthony’s Villa serves boys aged 8-21 through our group home and provides a range of outpatient services, including counseling, Intensive Home-Based Therapy (IHBT), Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and more. We are committed to promoting the well-being of children by ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive in the least restrictive environment possible.

**Board Member Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for the organization.
- Attend and actively participate in quarterly board meetings.
- Support and promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Assist with fundraising efforts and advocate for the organization within the community.
- Review and approve the organization’s budget and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:**
- Passion for serving children and young adults in a group home setting.
- Experience in nonprofit governance, finance, law, fundraising, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to commit time and resources to the organization.
