Requirements

• 2+ years in individual giving and individual relationship-building
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management

Responsibilities

• VWO is looking for a driven, and mission-oriented Volunteer of Individual Partnerships to build and execute VWO's individual giving strategy
• This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up team that will cultivate a network of donors and individual partners and focused on providing clean water world wide.
• Should have experience ideating and executing a robust individual giving strategy, designed to engage prospective corporate partners and support existing relationships, with a view to meeting larger organizational fundraising goals

Your key responsibilities

• Working with the executive team, ideate and execute an organizational individual giving strategy
• Research and identify potential individual donors
• Target viable prospective partners, developing strategies to yield their financial support
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term strategic development of all individual donors
