General Overview
The Student Outreach Coordinator will assist in the promotion of volunteer opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students. This position will connect the student's interests and educational requirements with current A. Rose opportunities. They will also work closely with other members of the A. Rose team to increase connections with community partners and stakeholders.
Time: Approximately 5 hours a week
Location: Remote
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Ability to demonstrate ownership of projects and follow through
- Ability to manage several projects at once
Responsibilities:
- Align with A. Rose Nonprofit mission and purpose
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional associations to implement A. Rose Nonprofit volunteer opportunities.
- Coordinate student intern activities.
- Lead the implementation of an ambassador program
