Each year, more than 58,000 tons of material from live events gets landfilled throughout the United States. On average, at least 1/3 of that material could be recycled. The 2024 Solheim Cup held at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville is striving to increase their waste diversion efforts throughout tournament week.
Volunteer opportunities for this event are available for each day of the tournament. All interested participants may sign up for the first or second shift on any day.
