Responsibilities:

  • Answer tech-related questions and provide hands-on assistance to workshop participants, particularly older adults and individuals with disabilities.
  • Guide attendees through basic tech tasks, such as using smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
  • Demonstrate how to use specific apps or features relevant to the event, such as recording videos or applying filters.
  • Offer patient and empathetic support to help build participants’ confidence in using technology.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment at the booth.
  • Assist with sign-up, survey, and set-up assistance.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of technology, including smartphones, tablets, and common apps.
