**Purpose**

This position supports the Regional Service to Armed Forces (SAF) department and offers the flexibility of a virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. The role is focused on ensuring that military families receive the support and assistance they need during emergencies.

**Responsibilities**

- Maintain strict confidentiality of case notes and personal information in accordance with Red Cross policies.

- Consistently and accurately apply SAF policies, procedures, and protocols related to Red Cross client services.

- Support emergency communications and financial assistance, and provide additional services as required. This includes following up with families, military members, or others to assess whether their needs have been met and taking necessary actions for complete and timely service.

- Offer appropriate client services, which may involve making referrals within the organization or to external agencies.

- Adhere to professionalism.
