Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Grant Writer Volunteer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in securing funding to support FutureTech Foundation's programs and initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, an interest in technology and education, and a desire to make a meaningful impact through nonprofit work.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with FutureTech Foundation's mission and goals.Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other funding organizations.

Collaborate with program directors and leadership to gather information and data necessary for grant applications.

Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submission of all materials.

Assist in developing grant budgets and narratives that clearly communicate the impact of FutureTech Foundation's work.

Track and report on the status of submitted grants, including follow-up communications with funders.

Contribute to the development of a comprehensive grant strategy for long-term funding sustainability.

Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives.

Experience in grant writing or fundraising (preferred but not required).

Excellent research and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A passion for technology, education, and community empowerment.

Familiarity with nonprofit operations and grant processes (a plus).
