Volunteers are needed to answer the 24-hour Suicide Prevention Services Hotline. Volunteers receive 50 hours of intensive training. After volunteers complete their training, they make a commitment to answer the hotline 6 hours a week for 6 months. The fall class answers the hotlines from December, 2018 through May, 2019. Many volunteers choose to continue to work on the Hotline after they have completed their original commitment.
