Are you passionate about sharing faith and connecting with others? We’re looking for compassionate volunteers to lead weekly prayer group meetings at an assisted living facility near you. This is a wonderful opportunity to offer spiritual support, build meaningful relationships, and bring a sense of community to residents.
Time commitment : about 1 hour per week

Someone needs your help today...join the volunteers at Beacon Hospice. Your gift is your presence.
No matter who you are, you've got something to offer hospice patients. Typically, the needs are simple - companionship and friendship, emotional support, someone to listen- but the small things you do can make an enormous difference in someone's life. Volunteers are supervised by a volunteer coordinator and supported by other members of the patient care team. The Beacon Hospice approach to care creates a patient and family environment of hope, comfort, and dignity. This approach is extended through our volunteers, who can make an enormous differnece in someone's life.
