Wholesome Generations is a Fort Collins Colorado based program for strengthening relationships between adults/caregivers and children through instruction and practice of health, wellness, creative, relating, and communication activities.
The programs engage adult/parent and child pairs in small group events promoting physical health, movement literacy, cardiovascular wellness, and other healthy living practices, like proper diet and creative expression, while teaching interoception, communication, and relating skills so participants can improve their abilities to identify, share, receive, and reflect feelings and information.
We are in need of volunteers to support the planning and execution of events, pre- and post- event survey development, recruitment of partnership and participants, marketing, grant writing, funding, and more.
