For high-school students passionate about denting and mitigating certain societal issues pertaining to underprivileged communties in their respective country, including the mitigation of poverty, helping ethnic minorities, et cetera.

To open up a chapter of My Egret's Delivery Service, you will need to do the following:

  • Register your club at your school for legitimacy, or host it within your community (would require rigorous planning throughout).
  • Recruit at least 4 members or more.
  • Establish roles (if you want to appear on our website we can also include you!)
  • Start fundraisers at your respective school(s)! Part of the donations should go to the main organisation (would be appreciated) but you can make an impact within your country through donations and funding, also.
  • Make a social media account; post regularly.
  • Attend or schedule a meeting with the board members every once in a while to keep updated on things that are occurring/operations.

Mission Statement

Hello! We are the directorate team overseeing the delegation and operation of My Egret’s Delivery Service, a student-led non profit organisation. The organsation was founded on 3rd of December, 2023. Our main mission is to provide basic necessities for the unfortunate across Vietnam and other countries through hosting charities.

Description

Our Goal:
This goal connects to the overarching mission of humanitarian aid. Humanitarian assistance is the principle in which our organizational ethos is firmly established upon and used as the main framework for our upcoming missions. We aim to help underprivileged populations and particularly ethnic minorities, in Vietnam and other areas of the world. We also currently have another main branch in Taiwan!

Why Egrets?:
We chose egrets as our symbol because they are one of the most popular animals of Vietnam as they are seen everywhere and they symbolise hard work through traveling long distances. The Egret is an avian species endemic to the Vietnamese biosphere, not only is it ubiquitous but represents our organisation as we strive to carry our "deliveries" (including benefactions and donations, raised money, etc.) to the farthest areas where many disadvantaged people reside. Moreover, this means that our charities and donations will reach there no matter what we have to overcome.

Executive Member(s): Our organisation is spearheaded by the founder and president, Trần Tấn Minh Khôi (Thomas) a student at the Canadian International School (Vietnam), and the exec-board includes our cherished vice president and marketing director, Đỗ Hà Linh (Aurora), and Wu Ting Ting (Tammy) of the Kang Chiao International School Linkou Campus.
