Special Olympics Florida is excited to be hosting the State Fall Classic on October 5th at the Indian River Intergenerational Complex!
All volunteers will receive a volunteer T-shirt and all shifts over four hours will be provided lunch. Validation of community service hours is also available upon request.

"The mission of Special Olympics Florida (SOFL) is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, who wish to participate, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Description
Special Olympics Florida provides sports training and Olympic-style competition to more than 60,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities throughout the state. Special Olympics Florida is a Level I Accredited Program (highest level of accreditation granted by SOI) and is divided into 11 area programs, which cover over 55 counties.
