Luminos Hospice is looking for caring individuals to provide invaluable support to our patients and their families. We would like you contact the caregivers of our newly admitted patients to check in and see how the hospice admit process went, and if they know who is on their hospice care-team, hospice line phone number, and answer any questions they may have. Training will be provided.
