EmpowerHer is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Program Designer specializing in presentations. This role involves designing and developing visually compelling and impactful presentations for our programs, workshops, and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visual content.

• Design and Develop Presentations:

  • Create visually appealing and professional presentations for various EmpowerHer programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure all presentations align with EmpowerHer's brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.

• Content Collaboration:

  • Work closely with program managers, educators, and other team members to gather content and understand the objectives of each presentation.
  • Translate program goals and educational content into visually engaging slides that enhance understanding and retention.

• Visual Storytelling:

  • Utilize design principles to create a cohesive narrative through visuals, ensuring that the presentation flow is logical and impactful.
  • Incorporate graphics, charts, and other visual elements to support the content and enhance the audience's experience.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of presentations.
  • Gather feedback from program participants and team members to refine and optimize presentation designs.

• Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain consistency in design elements across all presentations, ensuring they align with EmpowerHer's branding and mission.
