In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our alumni, gathering their updated pictures and bios, and compiling this information to showcase their achievements and stories. Your efforts will help us highlight the successes of our alumni community, foster connections, and inspire current mentees. Thriving Elements is a high quality 1 on 1 mentoring program whose mission is to create access and opportunities for underprivileged girls in Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM). Our vision is to develop & empower young women leaders in STEM to make a sustainable impact in their communities and inspire the next generation of women leaders. This is achieved by creating a sustainable and structured mentoring program. The goal is not to replicate any other existing STEM programs such as tutoring, computer programming, robotics, chemistry labs or SAT/ACT prep. Rather Thriving Elements creates a network of partners via individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses which mentors are trained to create access to these partners for their mentees.
