ORGANIZATION: CEREAL CITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION KELLOGG ARENA

Usher - Provide assistance to ensure guests are able to find assigned or otherwise adequate seating, provide general arena directions (i.e. bathrooms, exit and re-entry points, concessions, etc.)

Door Host - Greet and welcome guests upon entering the arena, direct guests to ticket scanners, ensure no outside beverage is entering the facility.

Ticket Scanner - Verify tickets, ensure tickets are scanned and unexpired, guide guests toward seating

Box Office Clerk - Process and manage cash and credit card ticket payments

Stamping/Wristbanding - Ensure guests have hands stamped or wristbands if seeking

Our mission at Kellogg Arena is to attract a variety of events that enrich the quality of life and contribute to the economic development of the City of Battle Creek. From sports and concerts to conventions and private events, it all happens here.

We do this by working with community members who are equally dedicated to volunteering their time and effort to help support and facilitate local endeavors and activities. With the support of local volunteers, we are able to bring these events and attractions to our community.
