Overview: We’re seeking 2-3 Recruiters to handle screening and first-round interviews for potential volunteers, ensuring we bring in the best candidates for our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screenings and 30-minute interviews with candidates.
  • Assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to support volunteer recruitment needs.
