Director of Volunteer Engagement

Hours: 10-12 hours per week
Location: Remote, Global
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Role Overview: As the Director of Volunteer Engagement at Yuvoice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain volunteers. Your role is essential in ensuring that volunteers are motivated, supported, and aligned with Yuvoice’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for volunteer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.
  • Create and manage programs to recognize and reward volunteer contributions.
  • Monitor volunteer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve engagement efforts.
  • Provide support and resources to volunteers to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in volunteer management or engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of volunteer dynamics and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
