Crisis Management Consultant (Marketing)

Hours: 4-6 hours per week
Location: Remote, Global
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Role Overview: As a Crisis Management Consultant for Marketing at Yuvoice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect the organization’s reputation during crises. Your expertise will help Yuvoice navigate challenging situations with confidence and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop crisis management plans and protocols for marketing-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and support during crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to manage messaging.
  • Monitor potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of crisis management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in crisis management or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications.
  • Ability to think strategically and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
