Grants Specialist

Hours: 8-10 hours per week
Location: Remote, Global
Reports to: Chief Fundraising Officer (CFO)

Role Overview: As a Grants Specialist at Yuvoice, you will be instrumental in securing the funding necessary to fuel our mission. You’ll research, write, and manage grant proposals, ensuring that Yuvoice has the resources to continue its impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify grant opportunities that align with Yuvoice’s mission.
  • Write and submit compelling grant proposals to secure funding.
  • Manage grant timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create accurate budgets for grant applications.
  • Monitor the progress of submitted grants and maintain relationships with funders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Grants Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Knowledge of grant application processes and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization.
