Director of Belonging (10-12 hours/week) Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at Yuvoice. As the Director of Belonging, you'll lead initiatives that promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Your role is key to ensuring that everyone feels they belong at Yuvoice.
Director of Learning & Development (10-12 hours/week) Help our volunteers and staff grow. As the Director of Learning & Development, you'll create and manage programs that support professional growth and skill development. Your work will help everyone at Yuvoice reach their full potential.
Director of Volunteer Engagement (10-12 hours/week) Keep our volunteers motivated and engaged. As the Director of Volunteer Engagement, you'll manage our volunteer programs, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported. Your role is essential to building a strong, committed volunteer community.
Director of Strategy (10-12 hours/week) Guide our long-term vision and strategy. As the Director of Strategy, you'll work with our leadership team to develop and implement plans that align with our mission and goals. Your strategic thinking will help us navigate the challenges of social change.
Head of Analysis (8-10 hours/week) Turn data into insights that drive our decisions. As the Head of Analysis, you'll manage everything from competitor analysis to internal audits, ensuring we have the information we need to succeed. Your analytical skills will help us stay ahead of the curve.
