Edu Child Foundation International and Edu Child Foundation Uganda hold joint Board Meetings quarterly. We are looking for a volunteer to organize meetings, assist with communications to Board Members, take minutes for both ECFI and ECFUG Board Meetings, follow up on action items, and assist with policy creation. This would be a virtual position as Board Meetings are held via video conferencing.

Edu Child Foundation International Inc. is committed to tackling illiteracy, early marriage, and poverty affecting the underprivileged in Ugandan rural communities.
As a charitable organization, we are working towards empowering underprivileged rural children, women, and youth in Uganda through education sponsorship, economic empowerment, advocacy, and healthcare support to fight poverty, illiteracy, and other global challenges affecting Ugandan rural communities. We currently support 86 children by paying for their school fees. Eighty percent of our funds focus on the girl child. We hope that by educating young girls and keeping them in school we can prevent them from being sold as a child bride for a bride price.
