Position Overview: The Graphic Designer at Pathway to Recovery Foundation will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and impactful designs that communicate our mission, values, and programs to a wide audience. This position requires a creative individual with a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and communications team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Visual Communication:

    • Create visually appealing graphics, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media content, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms and communications.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials for events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
    • Produce infographics and visual aids to support educational content and resources related to addiction recovery.
  • Digital and Print Media:

    • Design digital assets, including email templates, banners, and advertisements for online campaigns.
    • Prepare print-ready files for brochures, reports, and other print materials.
    • Work with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
  • Creative Direction:

    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on campaigns and projects.
