ORGANIZATION: ACT LIKE YOU MATTER

  • 5 people are interested

We need to better understand user behavior on our website. Given the number of visitors we get on our website daily, we should be seeing more sales of our products and services. We need a pro to help us figure out what visitors do on our website! Are we even getting the visitors who need our products and services?

Specific Needs:

  1. Create some custom reports to help us track user behavior on our website *
  2. Set up better conversions for our Google Ads (We have the Google Ads Grant with several high performing ads already in place.) *
  3. For anyone game for a longer-term volunteer position, we'd like someone to manage GA4 for us, recommend new ways to use it, and do #1 and #2 on an on-going basis

* NOTE: #1 and #2 together could potentially be a "Done in a Day" project, depending on experience level of anyone interested.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Google Ads and setting up relevant/useful conversion events
  • Criminal background check
  • If requested, be able to provide references who can speak to your proficiency in these areas

To be accepted as volunteer working with sensitive and important information, you must be able to prove that you don't have a criminal record. If you submit your interest in volunteering for this position, we WILL ask you for a background check. Please don't submit if you're not willing to do that!

With your help, we can use analytics to help us understand if we're getting the families and schools that need our anti-bullying programs and services to click and find the right pages on our site. We look forward to hearing from you!

About ACT LIKE YOU MATTER

Location:

17051 NEW ROCHELLE WAY, SAN DIEGO, CA 92127, US

Mission Statement

To empower young people to find their voice, be part of the solution, and change the way their generation treats each other, so that schools and communities are places of acceptance and tolerance, where empathy and kindness are second nature and each child can rise to their full potential, without fear of being bullied.

Description

Programs & Services:

1. Student led, age appropriate, anti-bullying empowerment assemblies for K-12th (a) on campus at schools in San Diego County and (b) via live-stream everywhere else;
2. Videos and scripts of our programs, available to rent and license on our website;
3. Free Online Resources: Resource videos and positive, empowering social media presence to (a) provide tools & strategies to kids and teens no matter where they live and (b) make sure no one feel alone in what they’re experiencing;
4. Support community on Discord where ages 11-19 can share their experiences and learn from each other about all topics related to being true to yourself and overcoming challenges related to that;
5. Bullying Resilience Coaching services for kids, teens, and parents, including peer support and mentoring;
6. Bullying Prevention Consulting services for schools and businesses.

All of our content, programs, and services are solution focused: providing a wide variety of tools and strategies that young people can use right away to find their voice, overcome bullying, build their resilience, and be part of the solution.

Since 2015, we've worked with 11,500+ students and 700+ teachers through our on-campus programs in Southern California, helping to reduce bullying incidents, foster empathy, and create more inclusive school environments.

We envision a world where every child feels safe, valued, heard, and respected. Whether you volunteer, donate, or spread the word, your support moves us closer to that world.
