Just Off Broadway Theatre and our Anchor company, KC Melting Pot Theatre are always looking for volunteers. Volunteers would utilize our sign-up system to volunteer for plays that are performed at the theatre. Volunteer positions include usher, house manager, concessions, ticketing and bar. Volunteers will be trained on the different positions. They will recieve complimentary tickets to shows, and concessions.

Just Off Broadway Theatre is dedicated to addressing the community issue of limited resources and access for local theater companies and organizations in the Kansas City theater community. As the catalyst for many of these entities, our theater serves as a home for KC Melting Pot Theatre (KCMPT), a Black-founded and operated company. When KCMPT is not utilizing the space, we provide affordable rentals to small organizations that lack a permanent performance venue.
